Because some days your body feels off, you’ve walked into the kitchen 5 times and have no idea why….and your patience has just….left
For a long time, I thought I just needed to push through. Be more organised. Try harder. Get it together. But the more I pushed, the more overwhelmed, exhausted, and not like myself I felt. Turns out… pushing harder wasn’t the answer.
That’s why I created Peri Calm 💛
