In our session we will:
Explore what’s happening in your body and nervous system during perimenopause
Identify your biggest current challenges (sleep, mood, anxiety, energy, confidence, etc.)
Uncover the patterns that are keeping you stuck in overwhelm
Create 2–3 simple, personalised strategies you can start using right away
Give you gentle tools that work in your real daily life
No overwhelming plans. No “push harder” advice. Just practical, compassionate support from someone who truly understands.
